The Fender American Vintage II 1975 Telecaster Deluxe accurately recreates the company’s finest Telecaster from the mid-1970s. The ’75 Tele Deluxe’s balanced solid alder body and original CuNiFe magnets provide deep humbucker tones with the right amount of high-end punch. This guitar’s “C”-shaped, hard-rock maple neck and vintage-radius maple fingerboard are easy to play.
It has period-correct plastic knobs, a 6-saddle hardtail bridge with bent steel saddles, vintage-style tuning gear, a 3-bolt neck plate, and a Stratocaster-style headstock. A gorgeous gloss polyurethane finish completes the ’75 Tele Deluxe’s remarkable features. Owning a Fender American Vintage II ’75 Tele Deluxe is historic. Tele aficionados who desire humbuckers will always have the American Vintage II 1975 Telecaster Deluxe solidbody electric guitar.
Alder has a well-balanced tone with beefy mids and a robust low-end.
To make genuine CuNiFe Wide-Range humbuckers, we revived a 40-year-old alloy and crafted threaded CuNiFe magnets, crucial for original sound. These pickups offer clarity of single-coils with higher output and richer tones.
From the bridge to the string tree and tuning machines, every piece of American Vintage II hardware is manufactured to look, sound and function just like it did on the originals. Much of the American Vintage II hardware is still manufactured on the original ‘50s and ‘60s era Fender factory machines.
