Exchange or Return of Goods

At Audio Shop Nepal, we strive to provide you with the best musical instruments and audio equipment. If, for any reason, you received defected product or not as per the description mentioned in our website, we offer return or exchange of the items purchased from us. 

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Return Window: You may return or exchange your purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Product Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

  • Return Authorization: Prior to returning any item, please contact our customer support team to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number may not be processed.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  2. Provide Details: Please provide your order number, contact information, and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.

  3. Receive RA Number: Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

  4. Pack and Ship: Safely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided with the RA number.

Refund or Exchange:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange based on your preference.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

We strive to process and delivery orders within 24 hours after payment confirmation for the items available in stock. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but orders are typically delivered within the same day in Kathmandu and within 1-2 business days after dispatch to the other locations all over Nepal.

I have seen item in stock in your website but the customer service representative says the stock is not available?

Sometimes, discrepancies can occur between our website's real-time inventory system and the actual stock availability due to various factors such as high demand, inventory updates, or processing delays. We request our customers to call / what's app our customer support team to validate the availability of the stock.
