The Xvive U5 Wireless Audio makes recording vlogs, podcasts, and webinars easy. Expect 60-second installations and five hours of wireless operation each battery change. This true-diversity wireless system provides up to 90 feet of wireless freedom in any line-of-sight scenario using FCC-safe 2.4GHz. The Xvive U5 system provides worry-free audio capture in the studio or on site. The beltpack lavalier transmits speech and audio to the camera-mount receiver in clear, video-ready 24-bit/48kHz quality with over 100dB of dynamic range to pick up loud and quiet noises without compromise. Want to listen while shooting? The U5 system’s sub-6ms latency and sharp OLED display enable real-time volume adjustments and channel switching from camera. Concerts or B-roll? A crisp OLED display shows battery life, channel assignments, and audio levels for the connected transmitter. You also get hands-on gain knobs and sub-6ms latency for powerful real-time monitoring and leveling control, right from your camera.

One area where the U5 especially improves upon classic Xvive systems is its swappable rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. Each battery is rated to provide up to five hours of run time per charge. Should you need more time on set, pop a few optional U5 batteries (not included) onto the included charging cables while shooting, and you’ve got the range to run all night. Working in close quarters? You can also leave the U5 transmitter and receiver plugged into USB power using the included charging cables for true charge-and-shoot operation.
