The Pioneer XPRS 15 features a Powersoft amplifier module with 2400W of peak output, and utilizes a 15″ ferrite low-frequency cone woofer and a 1.75″ titanium-diaphragm compression driver with a neodymium magnet. Which combine to offer a frequency response of 40 Hz to 20 kHz with a max SPL of 136 dB.
The rear panel offers two channels of inputs with channel 1 offering a combo XLR/TRS connector and gain control for microphone and line levels. while channel 2 offers a combo XLR/TRS and stereo RCA inputs with line-level gain control. Mixes the signals from both channels and offers an XLR line out, as well as an XLR link output for each individual channel.. Other features include four EQ mode selections, an external sub crossover switch, and a front-panel LED indicator for power or limiting.
The XPRS 15 includes a rotatable horn that allows for both vertical and horizontal placement, providing versatile mounting options and enabling the speaker to function as a floor monitor. Furthermore, the speaker features two pole cups (0/7°) that offer straight or angled deployment, allowing for precise sound direction to the intended location. The Pioneer XPRS 15 ships with a power cord.
The 15-mm birch hardwood cabinet, 15-inch ferrite LF driver and 1.75-inch titanium diaphragm compression driver produces a natural, full-range sound with low distortion, even at high volumes.
Powersoft’s Class D amp modules produce 2400 W (peak) or 1200 W (continuous) output. The Power Factor Correction (PFC) reduces power consumption while ensuring steady performance in all environments.
Pioneer Pro Audio’s AFAST technology drastically reduces standing waves that can produce a muffled response in the low to mid ranges. An acoustic tube in the cabinet absorbs only the standing waves, increasing the low-to-mid frequency response.
Adapt to a variety of genres and environments using the rotary selector switch on the back of the speaker to give you instant access to 4 EQ modes: Flat, Bass +, Speech and Wedge.
