The Fender American Professional II Jazzmaster draws from more than sixty years of innovation, inspiration and evolution to meet the demands of today’s working player.
Our classic Deep “C” neck now has smooth rolled fingerboard edges, a “Super-Natural” satin finish, and a newly sculpted neck heel for a very comfortable feel and easy upper register access. The Jazzmaster’s signature glitter and chime are enhanced by new V-Mod II single-coil pickups. The bridge pickup has a tap function that allows both a powerful, throaty sound or a lower-output vintage sound. The rhythm circuit switches both pickups in sequence for a fatter, higher-output tone controlled by separate volume and tone roller knobs. The innovative PanoramaTM Tremolo system with pop-in tremolo arm allows for deep, Strat-style dives and Jazzmaster warble.
