At Audio Shop Nepal, we are committed to providing genuine products and reliable after-sales support. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how customers can request warranty service. By purchasing from Audio Shop Nepal, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Standard Warranty Coverage
1-Year Limited Warranty (Manufacturing Defects Only)
All eligible electronic products purchased from Audio Shop Nepal come with a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects only.
This includes defects related to:
- Internal electronic components
- Power supply issues caused by manufacturing fault
- Factory workmanship defects
- Hardware or software malfunctions not caused by misuse
Products eligible for warranty include (but are not limited to):

- Microphones
- Studio Monitors
- Mixers
- Amplifiers
- DJ Controllers
- Headphones and Earphones (electronic issues only)

2. Products Not Covered Under Warranty
The warranty does not apply to the following categories unless specified by the manufacturer:
- Musical instruments without electronic parts
- Acoustic guitars (without pickups)
- Cajons
- Darbukas
- Violins
- Ukuleles
- Accessories
- Cables
- Stands
- Straps
- Bags and cases
- Strings
- Pedals (unless electronic warranty applies)
- Consumables
- Batteries
- Adapters
- Cleaning products
These items are not covered because they do not contain electronic components or are subject to natural wear and tear.
3. What is NOT Covered Under Warranty
Warranty will NOT be applicable under any of the following circumstances:
Physical or Accidental Damage

- Cracks on body or screen
- Water, liquid, or moisture damage
- Burn marks, short circuits due to incorrect power usage
User-Induced Damage
- Mishandling or improper operation
- Wrong power supply or voltage use

Other Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damages that do not affect product function
- Loss, theft, or fire damage
- Warranty void if serial number or barcode is removed or altered

Step 3: Warranty Resolution
Depending on the defect, the product may be:
- Repaired free of cost
- Replaced with the same or equivalent model (if repair is not possible)
- Returned without warranty service if the defect does not meet warranty conditions
5. Warranty Validity Requirements
To claim warranty, you must present:
- Original Invoice / Bill
- Original product box (if available)
- Serial number sticker intact
Warranty will be void if:
- The product is opened, tampered with, or repaired by unauthorized service centers.
- Serial number or model identification is removed or unreadable.
6. Manufacturer Warranty

7. Liability Disclaimer
Audio Shop Nepal is not responsible for:
- Data loss during repair (for recorders, mixers, etc.)
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Damages caused by accessories or external devices not purchased from us
Warranty service is limited to repairing or replacing the defective electronic part.
8. Changes to Warranty Policy
Audio Shop Nepal reserves the right to update or modify the Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect on the date of purchase will apply.
