With two Aerodyne Special Jazz Bass pickups, the classic J Bass configuration of two per-pickup volume controls and a master tone unlocks everything from a snarling bridge position bite to the neck position’s unrivalled warmth and round low-end punch. When both pickups are cranked, bassists receive a full-range punch that fills out a mix.

This bass’ maple neck and fingerboard, flat 12-inch radius, and medium-jumbo frets are different from Fender’s customary recipe, yet they give a smooth, easy feel and low-end capabilities.
