Max flexibility

Behringer Ultra-Drive Pro DCX2496 offers extreme versatility. One rack space provides maximum versatility with 3 analog inputs (one is a digital stereo AES/EBU input) and 6 analog outputs. High-end AKM 24-bit/96kHz D/A and A/D converters provide 113dB dynamic range and excellent signal integrity. The DCX2496’s sample rate converter makes connecting external digital signals (32 to 96kHz) easy. All inputs and outputs include precise dynamic EQs for level-dependent equalization and musical parametrics. “Zero-attack” limiters on all output channels maximize signal and loudspeaker safety.

The Behringer Ultra-Drive Pro DCX2496 gives you four different mono/stereo output operating modes, all having individual crossover filter types (Butterworth, Bessel and Linkwitz-Riley) with selectable roll-off characteristics from 6 to 48dB/octave. You also get adjustable delays for all inputs and outputs, letting you manually or automatically correct for variables such as room temperature, phase, and arrival time discrepancies. A sum signal can easily be extracted from the three inputs.

Control freak

Behringer Ultra-Drive Pro DCX2496’s future-proof design is great. Ultradrive Pro software offers PC-based single- or multi-remote control through RS-232 and RS-485 protocols. The RS-485 network interface connection option allows Ultra-Drive Pro cascading. Windows-based editing software is free.
