Packed with advanced features
The KeyStep 37 offers aftertouch and RGB LED feedback on its velocity-sensitive keybed. The back panel has CV pitch, gate, and modulation connectors for modular synths. The 64-step polyphonic sequencer has eight patterns, an 8-mode arpeggiator with additional random modes, and a unique Chord mode with 12 voicings. Capacitive pitch and mod strips are simple to play and have no moving components to accumulate dust or break. Add 5-pin MIDI DIN I/O, USB-MIDI, and USB bus power, and you have a powerful, appealing, small, and roadworthy kit for contemporary musicians and producers.

Highly playable keyboard
The KeyStep 37 won’t please concert pianists, but many artists searching for playability in a small design will love it. Three octaves is plenty for restricted two-handed playing and melodic lines that use octave displacement without hitting the octave shift controls, which are conveniently positioned. Arturia designed a playable keybed. If you have average-sized hands, playing the piano-style keys is gratifying and fun.
