Description
Live sound reinforcement and recording use the Soundcraft GB4 16-channel Analog Mixer. High-quality microphone preamps, 4-band EQ, and routing and mixing choices let you get the sound you want. The mixer features 16 mono input channels with XLR microphone inputs and 1/4″ line-level inputs. Two stereo input channels may link stereo instruments or playback devices.
A dedicated channel EQ section with four parametric equalization bands, a high-pass filter, and a variable-frequency low-cut filter make the GB4 simple to use. Aux sends, subgroup outputs, and a main mix output are available on the mixer. The GB4 has a built-in talkback mic, a 9-band graphic EQ on the main mix output, and many effects. For live sound, the mixer has phantom power for condenser mics, a switchable high-pass filter on each channel, and a compressor on the main mix output.
