V Kick
The sE Electronics V Kick is the most compact and flexible bass drum microphone, designed for kick drums, floor toms, timpani, and other big drums with crucial low-frequency energy and high SPLs. The V Kick’s incorporated swivel joint offers flexible positioning, and its bass drum-specific capsule produces a unique sound. Two rear microphone switches allow sound sculpting. The sE Electronics V Kick produces kick drum sounds for every genre, from vintage punch to current edge.
V Beat
The sE Electronics V Beat is the smallest drum microphone for snare and toms. The V Beat’s custom capsule sounds natural and detailed on any size snare drum or tom. Off-axis rejection reduces drum and cymbal spill. The V Beat’s ultra-compact design and parallel XLR connector/stand mount make it very tiny, and its rock-solid swivel mount enables you point it at any portion of the drum head to get the appropriate sound. It’s compatible with numerous common mics including sE’s V Beat for snare and tom miking. Its sturdy elastic clasp makes setup and teardown quick, and its roadworthy construction lasts for years of rigorous touring. Loosening the V Clamp’s knob and moving the rod enables you easily change the microphone’s height and rotation to catch any drum sound or reduce bleed from surrounding drums.
