The Moog Subharmonicon semi-modular analog synthesizer and sequencer brings all the Moog analog flavor with a rhythm entirely its own. Subharmonic synthesis and polyrhythmic sequencing made the 2018 Subharmonicon a cult favorite. The Subharmonicon provides creamy analog tones with deep lows and searing highs using two VCOs with two sub-oscillators and a 4-pole resonant filter. Its extremely creative sequencing uses two 4-step sequencers (one per VCO section) plus a polyrhythmic generator to generate wild, chaotic polyrhythms and developing harmonic chordscapes.
DFAM, the Drummer From Another Mother, creates thick analog beats without patching a wire, and its modular patchbay offers unlimited creative possibilities. The Moog DFAM’s two analog filters—highpass and lowpass—can shape its twin oscillators and noise generator in many ways. DFAM produces high-quality analog drum and percussion sounds, from dazzling hi-hats to deep kicks and thumps. You may create bursts, clangs, and other sound effects by modulating oscillator pitch, filter cutoff, and noise level using its patchbay. The Moog DFAM, a flexible percussion synth with an eight-step sequencer, pairs well with the Subharmonicon.

The Moog Sound Studio 2 has two 1/4-inch audio cables and a 4-input analog summing mixer with a built-in 3-way power distribution hub that can be clipped to the rack. Moog also includes a patch cable organizer that attaches to the rack’s rear and 10 patch cables of various lengths.
