The Celviano AP-470 includes two world-class grand piano sounds, with variations of each to suit any musical setting. Damper resonance, hammer response, and lid simulation provide even greater detail to capture every nuance of your performances. A total of 22 sounds are onboard, including electric pianos, organs, and other essential instruments. Adjustable Chorus and Brilliance are included along with a Hall Simulator, which places your piano in a virtual concert space of your choosing.

The innovative hammer action, accurately scaled across the entire key range, and simulated ebony and ivory key surfaces reinforce the illusion. Three levels of adjustable touch sensitivity let you customize key response to suit your particular playing style, while realistic hammer response accurately reproduces the delay between key strike and note sounding. Just like an acoustic grand, this high-resolution keyboard allows for quick repetition of notes without the need to return the key to its resting position. For the ultimate in piano realism, the AP-470 even re-creates the mechanical sounds of a grand piano’s keys.

Innovative features for performance and practice

The AP-470 is not only perfect for performance, but also for lessons and practice. Headphone Mode optimizes the piano’s stereo image for private listening. Duet mode splits the keyboard into two identical pitch ranges, allowing, for instance, a teacher and student to sit side-by-side and play a duet. The onboard Music Library stores 60 songs, with space for ten additional songs of your choice. The Concert Play feature provides ten audio recordings of a full symphony orchestra and lets you play along with the left- and/or right-hand piano parts removed. The AP-470 connects via class-compliant USB to any Mac, PC, iOS, or Android device without the need for additional drivers.
