The Arturia KeyLab Essential 61-key Keyboard Controller is a bigger version of the KeyLab Essential 49, with additional control options and a broader range of notes. The KeyLab Essential 61, like its smaller predecessor, is intended for use with software-based music production settings and has a variety of knobs, sliders, and pads that may be used to adjust different parameters inside your music production software. The bigger 61-note velocity-sensitive keybed is excellent for performing more intricate musical works that need a broader range of pitches. It also has aftertouch for artistic control over sounds and effects.

The KeyLab Essential 61 also features a selection of Arturia’s V Collection software instruments and effects, as well as compatibility with a variety of music production tools, including Ableton Live, Logic Pro X, and Pro Tools. Other KeyLab Essential 61 features include a programmable chord mode, a DAW command center, and the ability to attach MIDI control change messages to the keyboard’s numerous knobs, sliders, and pads.
